Meet Taquito
Taquito is a super sweet boy looking for a forever home for his golden years!
After living with the same family for his entire life, Taquito was surrendered to us at 13 years old. His former owners stated that they were surrendering Taquito for "aggressive" behavior, but we have never seen anything like it at the shelter! In fact, Taquito is an incredibly sweet and loving boy who wants nothing more than to sit in a warm lap and receive love.
Upon arriving, Taquito was understandably scared in his new surroundings and spent most of his time hiding. Now that he is comfortable, he will happily climb into your lap and paw and rub against you to remind you to pet him!
Taquito would do best in a quiet home where he can get all the attention and naps he deserves, and that will be patient with him as he adjusts to a new environment. He currently shares space with two other independent senior cats and gets on well with them.
