Born April 2026, this adorable long-haired black, white, and grey tabby came into rescue with her littermates, who were all quite the spicy bunch. Since then, Sunflower has made tremendous progress and is learning that people, food, and cuddles can be pretty wonderful things.<br/><br/>Sunflower is still a little wary of being touched or held, so she’ll need a patient family who will let her continue building trust at her own pace. But she has plenty of ways to show you that she likes you! When it’s mealtime, she’ll rub against your legs and purr as you prepare her food—and she may even jump up to supervise and make sure you don’t need any help.<br/><br/>This girl LOVE, LOVE, LOVES her treats! Churu treats and freeze-dried minnows are some of her absolute favorites. She is so treat motivated that she has been known to growl at her littermates to make sure they keep their paws off her stash. Apparently, Sunflower takes snack security very seriously!<br/><br/>She’s also a very playful girl who enjoys having fun and burning off some kitten energy. Sunflower does well with other cats and is good with dogs, making her a great addition to a home with furry friends. She also loves her wet food and will happily let you know when she thinks it’s time for dinner.<br/><br/>Sunflower is still discovering what it means to trust and be loved by people, but she has already come such a long way. She’s a sweet, funny, food-loving little girl who just needs someone willing to give her time, patience, and plenty of delicious bribes.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a playful little tabby with a big personality, a serious love of snacks, and a heart that’s still learning to trust, Sunflower might be your girl!<br/><br/><br/>--<br/>Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter and microchipping for all animals. Our adoption fee is $300 per cat.<br/><br/>All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age.
