Meet Stormin' Norman
Stormin Norman literally stormed through our shelter doors one night when one of our staff members opened the front door to leave. We are not sure if he was dumped or a stray but he is extremely affectionate and has had human social interactions before. All he wants is some love, pets, and cuddles. He is estimated to be born in 2021 but could be younger.
