Meet Camila
Estimated DOB: 02/16/2021
Camila, or Mila as she is called, is a beautiful brown tabby who is a true rescue. Mila was picked up as part of a TNR program in Winner, SD. During her time in foster care Mila did not need any vet care, but due to her initial fearfulness and crooked jaw her foster came to believe Mila may have once been a pet who had been abused. Since November of 2022 Mila has made significant strides in trusting people and has been waiting for her fur-ever home. She does need to be an only cat as she does not get along with other cats or with dogs. Mila will be a great companion to the right purr-son, someone who is patient, full of love and able to give her consistent attention.
Mila is very loving on her own terms. She does not like to be picked up or held, but she does like cuddles and head rubs. She needs someone who is willing to start slowly with her and let her warm up and adjust to new surroundings. Mila can't wait to find the right person and her fur-ever home!
All of our adoptable kitties are current on shots, microchipped, altered (if old enough), and litter box trained.
