Star's Story

This is just the best cat ever! She would do good in any home! She’d be grateful for a playful family or a great companion for a single person. She’s about 18 months old now and she was the best mom to her litter of kittens that we got from the shelter and now star is ready for her forever home to be loved and pampered. She’s up-to-date on everything and combo tested negative! She does get along great with other cats but it’ll probably be the cat that’s already established in the home that may have a little trouble accepting a new one. She does deserve to have a great home where she’ll get lots of love. For Adoption information and application t they ext 704-904-6116

Animals First Rescue of the Carolinas's Adoption Policy
Millions of animals are euthanized in shelters every  year and our foster animals have been abandoned or dumped at least once by their former owners. Animals First rescues these innocents and temporarily shelters them in foster homes until the right match can be found. To ensure that these animals truly find their forever home we have an application process that includes reference and vet checks, telephone interviews,  and home visits.    Adoption Requirements An application must be submitted prior to meeting the animal The personal and vet references will be checked. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes. Some dogs may require a fenced in yard A home visit will be conducted by an Animals First representative  so that we can confirm that the animal will have acceptable living conditions.
