With a network of foster families, they provide veterinary care, shelter and love until the pet is placed into an appropriate new home.   Chairman - Susan Fludgate Vice Chair/Treasurer - Laura Minsk Secretary - Theresa Ronayne   Our mission is to work with area shelters to reduce the euthanasia rates, while educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter and proper pet care.
