Sophie is round and has one eye. That’s her most prominent features, but don’t let that fool you! She is not missing any meals and will keep an eye on things. On several occasions, she has been found sitting in the empty food platter, mimicking a Christmas ham. She has been one of the most shy cats at the shelter and has increasingly become curious of affection. She recently discovered that she really likes pets on her back and will purr really loud, long after the petting is done. Feeling safe. <br/>• 3 Weeks: Familiarization with their new home and daily routines. Knowing their home means they’re easier to get back home if lost. <br/>• 3 Months: Full integration into the family, truly feeling at home, personality comes alive. Things don’t need to be perfect – just show it’s safe and comfortable. d) Have a talk with our Adoption Coordinator to validate your application and answer any questions about your application. Meet-and-Greet: We will schedule a meet-up - it could be at their cozy foster home, Catnip Cat Cafe in Norfolk, or Greenbrier PetSmart in Chesapeake. <br/>3.
