Meet Sol, one of the two beautiful tortie sisters in our Heat Wave litter! Sol and her siblings arrived during an Arizona heat wave, so naturally, they needed names to match the season. ☀️🔥<br/><br/>Sol is a typical playful kitten who may be a little shy and unsure when first meeting someone or exploring a new space, but once she settles in, she's friendly and ready to enjoy all the fun that comes with kittenhood. Chino Valley Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
 ADOPTING A DOG/PUPPY After the "Stray Hold" most unclaimed dogs will be available for adoption. Dogs that display behavioral issues will be trained by our volunteers and/or placed into rescue. Arizona State law requires all adoptable dogs to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies and licensed. The associated charges plus the cost of a microchip and DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations are included in our adoption fees. Canine Adoption Fee:  Up to 6 months - $200.00 7 months to 1 year - $175.00 1 year & older - $150.00 License Fee:  For residents of Chino Valley only $8.00 altered dogs $36.00 unaltered dogs Adoption Steps & Requirements Adopters must be at least 18 years of age and have photo identification. Entire families, including children, are encouraged to meet the animal prior to adoption. A Meet and Greet with any resident dog(s) is mandatory.
