Meet Skid
Skid is an adult, neutered male cat, probably born in 2017. He was found with Mocha and Nugget, who are all the same age, so they might be siblings or might just have been found together. Skid is the shyest of the trio: sweet but a little shell-shocked and hiding behind his braver friends. He will sniff and accept gentle cheek/chin scritches if you wiggle a finger near him, but it's got to be at his pace or he withdraws. He will get more confident as time goes on - Mocha is a good example and he seems to follow her lead.
Update: Skid is completely out of his shell. He loves to lounge on the big triangle bed with other kitties. Rocco is his very best bud and they use each other as pillows. His brother Nugget is a little chonky to get up there, but Skid will cuddle with him on the floor or bench. Skid is a super nice friend for other kitties.
