Simba's Story
Meet Simba — The Sweetheart Who’s Been Waiting Far Too Long

Simba came into rescue with a rough start and an even longer wait. After spending more than two years in an overcrowded rural shelter, he finally made it to safety — and now he’s ready for the one thing he’s always wanted: people of his very own.

Simba isn’t just a handsome cat. He is an affection machine. During his foster stay, Simba revealed his true personality — and it’s impossible not to fall for him.

Simba’s Favorite Things:

Kisses. Actual kisses. He leans in for them and asks for more.

Headbutts for attention. Big, enthusiastic ones — sometimes so strong he topples over.

Sleeping right next to you. He curls up close, warm and content, showing how safe he feels.

Endless pets and snuggles. If affection were a sport, he’d win gold.

Shoulder supervision. He’ll perch on your shoulder while you work, just to be close.

Fresh air and breezes. He loves sitting in front of the window or even an air vent for the breeze.

Morning window time. Open the blinds and he’ll happily watch the world wake up.

Chasing fuzzy or jingly toys. He’s playful and loves playing tag, chasing fuzzy balls.

Bedtime announcements. He’ll politely meow to let you know he’s ready to tuck in.

Making biscuits. He just started showing this softer side — a sign he finally feels safe.

Simba is a young, vibrant boy (born in 2023) who thrives with attention and connection. He prefers being the only cat so he can soak up all the love, and he’d do best in a home with adults or older children who appreciate a cuddly, interactive companion.

After everything he’s been through, Simba is more than ready for his forever home. He’s sweet. He’s affectionate. He’s loyal. He just needs someone to choose him.

Could you be the one to give Simba the kingdom he’s waited so long for?

--
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter and microchipping for all animals. Our adoption fee is $300 per cat.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age.
