Meet SHIRA
Meet Shira the handsomest guy with the sweetest disposition and a goofy meow. Shira is a jet-black male cat with soft coat and beautiful eyes. He's right around twelve-years-old but does NOT act his age. He's a very busy boy!
Shira is young at heart and eager for attention. He's very affectionate and loves pets, scratches, and a good belly rub. While he is an energetic cat, he doesn't seem to really need other animals and wants the other cats in the room to keep their distance, so he'd be best as an only cat.
Shira loves to chat and snuggle when you first greet him, but then is very content to nap and simply observe after getting his affection. Shira will make a great companion and is very easy-going with all of our volunteers and fellow kitty residents. Shira is healthy and thriving but did need quite a few teeth removed after his initial intake, Shira requires a soft diet of wet food and treats that are not too hard. We hope you'll come and meet Shira soon, he's very deserving and ready for his forever home!
