Sephora is an 11-year-old domestic shorthair with the gentlest soul, quietly waiting for someone to choose her. She's the kind of cat who brings a soft, steady kind of love into your life-the kind that doesn't ask for much, just a warm spot beside you and someone to call her own. Sephora is calm, affectionate, and happiest when she's curled up close, soaking in the comfort of being near her person. She doesn't need much to be happy, just love, a cozy place to rest, and someone to share her days with!<br/><br/>She has a big appetite, loves her scratchers, and is fully litter box trained. Sephora is also hard of hearing, but it doesn't affect her day-to-day life. Sephora would do best as the only cat in a quiet home where she can fully relax and be someone's cherished companion.<br/><br/>We want to be honest about Sephora, because she deserves that. She has mammary tumors, and for her age and overall comfort, surgery is not being pursued. At this time, she is comfortable and does not require special care-just a loving home that will keep her safe, monitor her, and surround her with kindness. Because of this, her adoption fee has been waived so that her future family can instead put those resources toward her care and comfort.<br/><br/>What Sephora truly needs is someone with a big heart. Someone who understands that love isn't measured in time, but in the moments you share. Someone who will see her, choose her, and give her the warmth, dignity, and peace she deserves. Sephora is simply looking for a place to land, and a person to love.<br/><br/>Sephora is currently being fostered in Staten Island, New York. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested.
