Meet “Sammy”
Back Street Kittens “From Feral to Fabulous”
Sammy showed up in a feral colony looking for food and obviously needing help. He was limping and looked so sad. We trapped him and took him to the vet where it was determined that he had at some point, been hit by a car. His leg had been broken but had healed which is why he has a limp. He also suffered some head trauma which accounts for the one red eye. We have been assured that the eye is not causing him any pain. Despite what he has been through, he is such a sweet loving cat. You can tell he is just so grateful to be inside where he is safe, comfortable, well fed and loved. He does great with the other cats in his foster home. He would really love to have a family of his own.
All BSK cats have been tested for Fiv/Felv, dewormed, treated for fleas and parasites, vaccinated (FVRCP and Rabies) altered and microchipped.
All cats are in foster homes. Please complete an application at https://backstreetkittens.org and submit online. Once approved, an appointment will be scheduled for a "Meet and Greet". Completing an application does not commit you to adopting from Back Street Kittens.
Adoption fee is $75.00. If adopting 2 kitties, we will take $25.00 off each adoption fee.
