Ronin's Story
INTRODUCING...RONIN!!!

Ronin is a 7-8 month old doll-faced Flame Point Bi-Color Himalayan boy. He is fully vetted (neutered, fiv/felv negative, microchipped, vaccinated, etc) and is ready for his forever home.

This kitten is PHENOMENAL!! He gives kisses. He loves the other cats. He is cool with the dogs. He is fearless (except when he first meets a new person! Lol. It takes him a bit to adjust to new people). Everything is a toy. Everything is to be explored.

KITTEN POLICY APPLIES!! This means: 1) a second kitten/young cat is adopted along with Ronin OR 2) you must already have a kitten/young cat in your home. Kittens needs feline friends!! No exceptions!

When Ronin came to us, his left eye had somehow been injured. It had actually perforated (burst open) but the cornea (surface) was healing. The eye is non-functional (he is blind in that eye), but the pressure inside the eye is normal. So, at this point, there is no need to remove the eye.

Whoever adopts Ronin will absolutely need to continue to have that left eye monitored. And if the pressure inside the eye starts rising, they will need to pay for whatever care is needed. I have no way to tell the future, I have no way to know if the eye will continue to be fine or if expensive vet care will be needed.

So, to err on the side of caution, whoever adopts this darling boy will need to have plenty of disposable income. And be willing to potentially spend it on this baby. Just in case!!

Adoption fee - $650.

If you are interested in adopting Ronin, please submit an adoption application through our website at www.stxpr.org. If you have already applied, please forward your application to us at stxpersianrescue@gmail.com and express interest.

NOTE: We do not ship or transport our cats. All adopters must travel to San Antonio, to the foster home, to pick up their cat(s) in person.
