Meet Ritzy Mitzy

Say hello to " Ritzy Mitzy" ! She is fostered by Cyndi.

Approx. 2 to 3 years old.

Ritzy Mitzy was found, dumped at Lowes, in November of 2021. She was skinny, and pregnant, with dirty teeth.

Very very timid and took me at least 6 months to fully socialize and integrate with my pets.

weighs 8.5 - 9 lbs. now, and is all black, and gained weight. ( she was skinny, poor thing )

Used her litter box from first day, and she's a very calm cat and dignified cat, yet with the loudest "motor box" purr I've yet to encounter in a kitty.

Loves to be held, on my lap, and not at all hyper. Calm and dignified. Purrs as soon as you pick her up.

Not much for toys, but does hang around the same room with my other kitties.

Loves the window sills.

Combo test all negative for diseases, and she was spayed at SPAH, via Dr. Becky Nevotti. ( she was pregnant , but not far along, and was spayed )

She's had her vaccines, and rabies shot, and was dewormed x2, and nails clipped.

Also had Bravecto.

I had her teeth deep cleaned under anesthesia, as they needed cleaning, but she does not have stomatitis according to Dr. Becky

She had her 2d round of shots later, and Dr. Becky said she looked good and teeth looked better.

She's sweet as can be, and would be good around anybody.

Only hissed once, the first day I brought her home, back in Nov. of last year, and never again.

Has never scratched or bitten or lunged , so she's adoptable for any type of family, couple , or single adopter. But she can still be shy, after all these months.

I've introduced Mitzy to my 3 brat cats, and she's calm and submissive around them. They are more curious about her, than she is of them.

I'm sure she was dumped, as she displays no signs of being feral.

She eats Hill's Science Diet food, and fresh tuna fish. Will eat other brands, but those are her preferences. She drinks filtered water, regularly.

Ritzy Mitzy is due end of Nov, of this year, for her annual exam, and vax, and I have already made the appointment with SPAH, for 11/29/22, and I will take care of that appointment and expense, also.
