Riley - 12 years old Domestic Short Hair Myrtle Beach, SC

Riley has been in a foster home and this is what his foster mom has to say about him.
“ Riley - I'm not sure about parting with this old man. Riley is approximately 12 years old, front declawed and SUCH a character. He developed pancreatitis due to stress when he first came into the shelter and needed a feeding tube. After tube feeding him for weeks I was obviously madly in love with him and was terrified that being back in a cage would send him straight back into another bout of pancreatitis.. so I took him home to foster until he found a home. And then everyone who applied for him was not cool with his needs. Riley loves to nap and is very sweet on his terms. He is hilarious in how he shows his affection and gives the best little love nips (they really are love nips and don't hurt at all) when you pet him. Because he was cruelly declawed, he has inappropriate potty behavior. He always uses his litter box for number 1 but uses the floor for number 2 about 75% of the time. I have all tile so it's no big deal to clean up and totally worth it to have this cool guy in my life. I would honestly keep him forever if not for the fact that I feel guilty that I can't give him the attention he wants because I have so many of my own!
