PIP Calico & Domestic Long Hair Mix New York, NY

PIP is an 8 year old girl who was sadly surrendered because the other cats in the house were bullying her, blocking her from the litter box, and she had become very stressed and anxious. She was also declawed at some point in her life, so she will require a few special accommodations in her forever home (like food dishes on the floor).

Pip began her life wedged in a car engine where she was first rescued. She is an always eager lap-cat and has a very playful personality. She loves to chase laser lights and will play fetch with rolled up pipe-cleaners. Pip loves sitting at the window and always seeks out the sunny patch in a room.

Pip needs a quiet home with no other pets or young children in residence.

All Bronx Tails cats are spayed/neutered (when age appropriate), vaccinated, tested for Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia (negative for both unless otherwise noted) and are litterbox reliable and loving toward people.

We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit via video tour (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters a 2-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat is a good match for them. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
