Their mom was rescued while very pregnant and brought to a foster home where she could have her eight kittens in safety and comfort. She was a wonderful, devoted mother — and now that her babies are grown, it's time for Pickles and Oliver to find the family they deserve.<br/><br/>Pickles lives by a simple but deeply held philosophy: play hard, sleep hard. This girl is always in the middle of the action — whether that means a full-on wrestling match with her siblings or a pile of sleeping kittens on the rug, Pickles is right there in the center of it all. She is not a loner, not even a little bit. She wants to be where the people are, where the games are, where the fun is. Life is short and Pickles intends to make the most of every single moment of it.<br/><br/>Oliver is a different kind of wonderful. This boy loves his humans with a devotion that is both impressive and deeply endearing. He is the first one up in the morning — and not quietly. You can hear him pelting up the stairs before the bedroom door has even opened, ready to greet his people like they've been gone for a year rather than a few hours. And in the evenings, Oliver transforms into the consummate lap connoisseur, settling in with the kind of contentment that makes you feel like everything in the world is exactly as it should be. He makes the people around him happy — it's simply what he does.<br/><br/>Pickles and Oliver were fostered with a dog and would do just fine with one in their new home. They would also do well with children who know how to be gentle with animals.<br/><br/>One lives for the adventure. One lives for the people. Together they are everything you could want in a pair of cats.<br/><br/>Their adoption fee is $250 (total).<br/><br/>Pickles and Oliver were born on 5/7/26. They have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated. They are litter box trained.<br/><br/>We recommend adopting two kittens if you have no other pets (or even if you do), because you will get twice the love with less work and they will develop fewer behavioral issues, while costs remain relatively similar.<br/><br/>We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.<br/><br/>When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?<br/><br/>All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them.
