Phoebe's Story

**La version française se trouve plus bas**

Phoebe is a sweet, social, and chatty girl with stunning blue eyes, soft white and grey fur, and a fluffy tail that makes her look a little like a lemur. She loves being approached when she’s calm, or she’ll come to you herself with a friendly meow or *mrrrp*. She enjoys the company of calm children and is very playful with the resident cat. Phoebe is energetic, but she also appreciates a couple of naps throughout the day.

Her favourite toys are anything that moves quickly — balls, springs, coils — and she enjoys a wand toy too. She loves her wet food (morning and evening) and snacks on kibble during the day. Creamy treats are a big hit, but she’d likely enjoy any treat you offer. Because she was found underweight and neglected, regular and consistent feeding times are important to help her fully heal her food insecurities.

Phoebe prefers a cardboard scratcher over a traditional scratching post. If things get too noisy, she finds herself a quiet space to relax. She also enjoys a bit of catnip fun. Her vet noted that her right top fang is fractured, but not enough to cause her pain.

Phoebe is a gentle, affectionate angel who thrives in a calm, predictable environment and loves being close to her humans.

At TNR La Peche, our adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations, parasite treatments, and a microchip.
If you think you could be the perfect family for Phoebe, we would love to hear from you.

At TNR La Pêche, we have a thorough adoption process to ensure that each cat finds a loving and responsible home that meets their needs. Adoption Process: 1. Application Submission – Potential adopters must complete an adoption application, providing details about their home, lifestyle, and experience with pets. 2. Application Review – Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure a good match between the adopter and the cat. 3. Interview & Discussion – We may contact applicants for a follow-up discussion to clarify details and ensure they understand our adoption policies. 4. Home Environment Consideration – We require that all adopted cats live indoors only to ensure their safety and well-being. 5. Meet & Greet – If the application is approved, adopters have the opportunity to meet the cat and ask any questions before finalizing the adoption. 6. Adoption Agreement & Fee – Approved adopters sign an adoption contract agreeing to provide proper care, and they pay an adoption fee that helps cover veterinary expenses. 7. Adoption – The adopter will be able to pick up their new cat. Our goal is to ensure the best possible match for both the cat and the adopter, leading to a successful and lifelong adoption.
