Hi, my name is Phantom! I'm a cute 3-month-old boy looking for my forever home. My siblings and I were abandoned in the shelter entryway with our mama, Dewdrop, when we were only a few days old. We had a bit of a rough start, but after spending time in a wonderful foster home, we're ready for our next big chapter! We can be a little shy at first as we adjust to another change in our lives, but we are totally adorable and super playful once we warm up.
