Meet Peyton
Peyton is on the shy side , especially at first but she loves being near her foster mom and likes to play . Once she acclimates she can be picked up without issue . Her preference is to be the only pet in her home but has done well with other male cats and small dogs who ignore her . Older kids who understand cats prefer to interact on their terms will be fine. Peyton is a sweet momma cat who lovingly raised her kittens which have all been adopted . Now it’s her turn to be taken care of. She is a friendly feline who loves to get head scratches and be next to her person. Peyton adores lounging on her scratch post and looking out the window watching birds and squirrels. She loves to play with fishing toys and is crazy for catnip treats. Peyton is not quite a lap cat but will sit next to you.
