She sure doesn't shy away from attention! Look how cute Peppy looks in her photos. She looks like a little angel who is just waiting to be scooped up by a special cat-loving person. She knows that person is out there somewhere! It's just a matter of time until she meets him or her. Peppy has been fostered by herself but is very playful and confident. There are dogs in her foster home, so she is used to the loudness of barking, general noise, and activity. Why not stop by and visit with her?
