Penelope's Story
Penelope was left completely alone in an apartment for over a week without food or water. When the apartment was being cleaned out, she was going to be put outside and left behind. Thankfully, a friend stepped in and called for help, and Penelope was brought to safety. <br/><br/>She is very healthy and has received all the vet care she needs. <br/><br/>Penelope is an incredibly sweet, affectionate, and clingy girl.
