My Name is Penelope – my friends call me Penny. I am a SPECIAL NEEDS KITTY who has LOTS of love to give!! I was rescued from the cold outdoors as a newborn, which saved my life. <br/><br/>While there is no exact diagnosis – it has been confirmed I have a birth defect that causes me to wobble a bit and my eyes stay dilated. That being said – it has been confirmed I have NO internal injury and am not in any pain. I may look a little different and walk in my own way but that just makes me even more special!! <br/><br/>Unfortunately, and this is a big one, I need help when it comes to using the litterbox (my foster mommy has a bathroom reserved just for me with pee pads and 2 litterboxes – once I relieve myself, I can roam the house all day without an accident). <br/><br/>I didn’t mean to be born this way – it just happened. I said I have lots of love to give but I forgot to say that I love purring myself to sleep on your lap and making you feel like the most important person in the world to me – cause you are.
