Meet Penelope
Penelope is a sweet and independent 4 year old spayed female, who came to us when her owner passed away. While she was initially unsure about her new shelter life, Penelope has opened up considerably and enjoys wandering her enclosure and meowing for food or treats. She enjoys affection but may take a few minutes to welcome it from a stranger. Penelope finds comfort in sharing a space with her housemate, Lucky, who is more reserved here at the shelter.
