Meet Owen
Owen has been at the shelter since 2018, he was a kitten when he came to us, so he has been here his whole life. He would do best in a quiet home that may or may not have older children. We are not sure on cats or dogs. He is a bit scared and would take a bit of time for his personality to shine.
