This sweet girl started out being a grumpy cat, how she got her name from Steel Magnolias.
"Ouiser's favorite thing in the world is getting pets. Head scratches, chin scratches, cheek rubs, back rubs, and even belly rubs. Once the pets start, she will not want them to stop! Her second favorite thing is laying down with you on the bed or couch. She's even known to start paying attention to an interesting normal tv show. Of course, cat tv on youtube is her favorite. Ouiser also loves to play. Her favorite toy is a cat wand. She also loves playing solo with catnip toys and ball tracks. One of her best traits is responding to her name. You can be laying down with her in your lap and say "Ouiser, how was your day?". She'll very often turn her head to look at you and meow."
