Osage Tabby & Domestic Short Hair Mix Tulsa, OK

Osage is a senior male, brown Tabby/Domestic Short Hair cat. Osage's estimated date of birth is January 15, 2013. He is a big, lovable boy that will steal your heart in no time! He is not overweight but carries his 12 pound body on a large frame. We estimate him at approximately 10 years of age but he plays like a young chap! Shortly after Christmas, a good samaritan found him outside stuck in a storm drain. She took him home and discovered he was declawed on all four paws. He also required dental surgery to remove some teeth as a result of severe gingivitis. Under ARF Tulsa, Osage had extensive dental surgery to remove rotten teeth and is now all healed up. While he does have a few teeth left, they aren't much for chewing up solid food so it's yummy wet food for this senior boy.

After all Osage has endured, he is healthy and active. He thoroughly enjoys playing ... especially with his person and a wand toy. Osage loves to be a part of everything his person does. From cleaning the house, to cooking dinner, to lounging, Osage will be your little shadow. Osage is also harnesse trained and loves to get some fresh outdoor air on occasion, with his person by his side. After a day of playing and making his rounds, he likes to snuggle up in the evenings. His foster said he is like a "limp noodle" when you pick him up and could cuddle there in your arms all day if you wanted!

Osage would prefer a calmer home without other pets or rambunctious young children to spend his golden years. A calmer, older dog should be ok for Osage as long as he has his space in the home to call his own. Looking for a playful, sweet feline companion?
