Hi! I’m Orelia! And I would love to be Queen of your household. I was originally found in Kuwait and given the name Orelia. I’ve made my way to the USA to find a forever home to spoil me like the princess I am! I know how to use my voice to ask for love, pets, play, food, and just to tell you about my day. I’m lightning fast and can catch any toy teased my way. I know how to sit for treats and walk nicely on a leash. I get along very well with dogs, but I need to be the only cat around! Once I’ve run out my zoomies, my favorite spot will be on your lap getting snuggles and pets. My purr can outdo a lawnmower! I’m really good at getting my nails cut and taking medicine when I need to, and a Churu always sweetens the deal. I love my food! So I will need to be on a regular feeding schedule. And don’t worry, if you forget to feed me on time, I’ll remind you! I am tidy with my litter and keep myself very clean. I mostly leave plants alone, but I will claim all your high spaces! My first mom says I am a big love and I need a lot of love in return, so I would probably do best in a multi-person household with lots of people to talk to and play with. She says I’m incredibly sweet, but just look at me! I think that goes without saying… I hope we get to play together soon! She is looking for a foster or adopter! Ruby Whiskers Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

** ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE 1) All potential parents must fill out an electronic adoption application. 1a) No animal will be sent home with a potential ‘parent’ the same day as the request for adoption unless approved. 2) All potential parents must have a reference/veterinarian check (if applicable). 3) All potential adoption parents must have a video home inspection (DOG adoptions only). HOME CHECKS WILL CONSIST OF VIDEO OF YARD AND LIVING SPACE EMAILED TO US. We will allow out of state adoptions as long as the dog fully vetted. 3a) CAT ADOPTIONS. We will allow out of state adoptions. Provided adopter comes in person to our location (we do not ship pets). 3c) For those with a current pet or past pet: those pets must be or have been regularly up-to-date on shots, heartworm preventative, and are currently spayed/neutered. Need home visit in order to be eligible for adoption. 3d) DOG ADOPTIONS ONLY require home checks. Home video visits are used to verify that your home is the best environment for the pet. 3e) We reserve the right to refuse adoptions/applications to those who are outside our radius. Reasons including but not limited to: time, available volunteers, gas prices, etc. 4) If you are approved for an adoption: Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or CC is the only payment accepted. All adoptions will receive a confirmation email with detailed amount. 5) We do not adopt to persons for breeding or who are considering breeding. 6) Follow-up checks could be performed on animal adoptions. 7) If the vetting contract is broken by the adoptive family before the animal is fully vetted we will require the animal to be returned to the rescue.

We will rescue, protect, vet, and provide hope as we search for loving forever homes for all animals that come into our care.
