Ophelia can't understand why she hasn't been picked for the kickball team.... She is an amazing cat who loves kids and is fine with other animals, although she would be fine living with as an only pet as well. Opehlia is fine being held, loves to sit on laps and prefers to drink from the spicket. She's a plump girl, so a family who can regulate her food intake and ensure she gets enough daily exercise would be ideal. Ophelia is the type of cat who would tolerate a tea party or sitting on your lap while you read or watch a movie. She is just an amazing cat who deserves a home of her own. Sadly, she gets bullied by one of the boy cats in her foster home, so her very own home can't come soon enough. Please check out this special kitty and make her part of your family!

Ophelia showed up at a house in the woods, meowing to be let in. She loved the little boy who lives in that house, and he loved her. Sadly, it was not meant to be, so Ophelia is looking for a place to call home. She is a very calm kitty who enjoys looking out the window. Ophelia has settled in to to her foster home and we can tell you she loves to sit on your lap, be petted, loves kids, is fine with dogs and plays with the kittens. Ophelia is a great friend and can surely hold a great conversation with you. She purrs non-stop when she's in your lap! Ophelia is approximately 3-4 years old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested negative for feline aids, leukemia and heartworm. She is a beautiful cat and looks forward to a lifetime of love and happiness. Please consider her when adding a Furry family member.

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80

If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
