Meet Onyx

Onyx was surrendered to ARC when his people lost their home and they could no longer care for him. It was a very hard transition for him, but with lots of patience, he is starting to come around and trust the ARC staff and volunteers! He also had a little help from his current roommate, Lola. With such a loveable kitty, he got to see first hand that we aren't so bad!

Onyx is finally coming out of his shell! He comes to us for pets and rolls around to get attention! He enjoys wet food and Temptations treats, and he LOVES catnip! Onyx does well with his roommates, he's had a few! He would likely still need plenty of time to feel comfortable in his forever home, big changes are not his cup of tea! However, once he settles in, the love bug comes out!
