She gets where she's going—just with a little extra flair.<br/><br/>Shortly after giving birth to her kittens, Nova had a seizure which possibly caused brain trauma, causing her to be off-balanced and have head tremors (similar to a cerebellar hypoplasia cat, but her symptoms aren't nearly as severe and she was not born this way). She does really well in a quiet, calm room and would NOT do well in a loud/chaotic/active home as stimulation tends to make it harder for her to focus! We have consulted with neurologists who said the testing she would need to diagnose her condition would be very expensive and likely still couldn't give us a straight answer. Instead of spending $2500-$4000 to possibly not get an answer, due to her quality of life still being great, Nova is ready to find a home! <br/><br/>Nova does not enjoy being picked up or snuggled at the moment. Pets are great, thank you very much, but let's keep all four paws on the ground.<br/><br/>The good news? Once she settles into a calm, loving home and realizes she's safe, we fully expect her cuddly side to shine through. The sass will remain, of course.
