Neptune is the "Roman god of the sea!" And being such a great distance from the sun, he is the coldest kitty in our solar system! Well not really, Neptune is warm, toasty, snuggly, cozy and comfy. His favorite color is blue. Neptune enjoys climbing a cat tower, working his way up each platform to get closer to the sun. His ideal home is with an individual, couple or family. Neptune should do well with other cats and a cat-friendly dog; he whoops it up with littermates Jupiter, Mars, Mercury and Saturn! Neptune is a black shorthair with a white locket, white-tipped paws and a white-tipped tail. As of July 2023, Neptune is 3 months old.
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
