Nalona Domestic Short Hair Falls Church, VA

A pretty and unusual name for a pretty and unusual girl! As with many rescue kitties, Nalona is shy to start with and still hides when new people come but it doesn’t take long before she is out and about, playing with all sorts of toys and head butting her people for pets. Nalona will also follow you wherever you go, just to keep you company. She loves boxes and finding hideouts for a snooze all around the place. We think she enjoys being a bit of a trickster — she will flip her ear inside out, and then flip it back, probably to see if you are paying attention to her! A bit of a talker, especially when she wants some attention, Nalona purrs so loudly, she sounds like an engine! She does fine with older children but we would not recommend her for a home with little ones: she is still at the nipping stage, especially when she doesn’t want to be petted or picked up.
