Meet Monica!<br/><br/><br/>This sweet little girl came to us flea-infested and in bad shape. So bad in fact, she needed a blood transfusion to survive. She was only 10 oz and somehow, she made it through all of it. She is healthy and happy now and is ready to find her family.
