Meet Mittens

Meet Mittens! Mittens is a young adult neutered home looking for that purrfect home. Mittens is very affectionate and frequently initiates interaction with people. He seems to enjoy being pet and prefers the company and attention of people. He does, however, need to be in an adults-only home as he does over-stimulate.

Mittens has a very active mind and does well with a variety of toys to keep occupied. He seems to enjoy easy puzzle type feeders with treats and interactive battery operated type toys.

He is currently being housed with two younger cats and while he has shown to get along with the two cats, Mittens prefers the company and attention of people. He can be quite selective about his cat-friends.

Adopter MUST be an experienced person with cats and cat behavior in counter conditioning and positive reinforcement. Available at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter. Meets by appointment only. Call for a meet. 518-885-4113
