Miska Domestic Short Hair Wichita, KS

Miska has come a long way since being saved from euthanasia at the shelter. But she still has a long way to go. We know her purrrrfect forever home is out there, but Miska has asked us to detail what she needs on her behalf. She will need a quiet home. Kids are fine, but older would be better as she gets very nervous with sudden movements until she has decided her home is safe. These nerves make her bolt into a hiding spot and become fearful. She will need a home that has extreme patience and dedication to helping her to adapt; and who will listen to the advice of our adoption team to make the transition for Miska from a foster home to her forever home an easier one. Also a friendly cat friend to help her navigate life would ease some of Miskas fears. Behind this exterior is a sweet, loving girl with beautiful green eyes who wants nothing more than to be petted and understood.
