Minda Domestic Long Hair & Siberian Mix Wilmington, NC

Minda was surrendered by her owner to Feline Matchmakers because she deficates outside the box (but pees IN the box.) We have crate trained her, so she spends her nights in a large cage. This is working well so far, as she poops at night. She seems to enjoy the safety and solitude of an enclosed structure when she's ready to rest. Her ultrasound revealed that she has mild IBD, Irritable Bowel Disease, so we are going to change her diet and see if things turn around for her. She is otherwise healthy and gorgeouse!

Minda will need to remain an indoor kitty and have plenty of stimulation like a cat tree, tall scratching post and interactive activities. She will need grooming as often as possible, so the adopter needs to gain trust with her in order to do that. She can be super sassy at the vet office, so will likely need calming medication prior to a vet visit.
