Melinda is a super sweet girl! She has had a very rough past with an eye injury of some sort. We've been treating it and it's so much better! Melinda is in search of a home to love her and care for her as every pet should be! She is still healing from her spay surgery, so she is available for foster to adopt.

Wellington Humane Society's Adoption Policy
Each interested adopter fills out an adoption application. It is free to fill out and available on our website. Our adoption team looks over the application and will ask the applicant any questions that arise. If the applicant rents, we will need to verify with the landlord that it is okay for the tenant to have a pet. If the applicant has a dog at home, they will need to schedule a time to do a meet and greet at our facility with a potential dog.
