Meet Max!<br/><br/>Max is a Manx mix with one very special feature. He has absolutely no tail at all. A cat with no tail, or even just a little nub, is called a “rumpy,” and it just adds to his charm.<br/><br/>Max ran right across our path in a parking lot one day, so of course we set out a trap to make sure he would be safe. Since joining us, he has been nothing but appreciative and affectionate. It is clear he is happy to be off the streets and loved.<br/><br/>Max is absolutely obsessed with people and has no understanding of personal space. If you sit down, he is in your lap. If you lean over, he is right there in your face. He wants to be as close to his humans as possible at all times. In fact, it is hard to get pictures of him because he is always trying to climb into the camera for attention.<br/><br/>This sweet boy loves being held and cuddled, and you can even carry him around, which is pretty unique for a cat. He is leash and harness trained and enjoys going outside with his people to explore safely. Max also loves giving little nose bumps and will happily greet you that way whenever he can.<br/><br/>He truly is the most affectionate foster we have ever had.
