Our Mission
The Last Litter Project is dedicated to ending the cycle of continuous breeding by rescuing both mother cats and their kittens. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where feline families can heal, grow, and prepare for adoption. Through compassionate care, spay and neuter initiatives, and community partnerships, we work to ensure that every cat and kitten we help has the chance at a healthy and happy life, and that for every mom we rescue, this truly is her last litter.
Adoption Policy
At The Last Litter Project, our goal is to find the best possible match for every cat and kitten in our care. Adopters begin by completing an adoption application so we can learn more about their home and lifestyle. For local adopters, we offer in-person meet and greets to help ensure a good fit. For adopters who live more than an hour away, we provide virtual meetings that allow us to introduce the cat or kitten and get a sense of the home environment. Once approved, we work closely with each adopter to complete the adoption and support a smooth transition for both the family and the pet.
