Say hello to, Maui!! All 25 pounds of him! Although he is the cutest thing with his fluff and chunk, he is on a weight loss journey. He needs a family that will go on his journey with him and help him along the way. Maui is around 2yrs old and has a heart and personality bigger than he is. This boy will look at you and head tilt with so much love in his eyes. He loves giving head buts and all the love and attention. Nelson County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
We ask that potential adopters view our pets online. If interested in a particular pet we ask for adopters to submit a pre-adoption application. Once we receive a completed application it takes a few days of processing time. Applicants will be contacted and made aware the status of their application. Approved applicants will be scheduled to come and meet the pet they applied for. If all goes well with the meeting, the adopter we be able to take the lucky pet home!
