Martha's Story
(francais ci-dessous)

Meet Martha, a very friendly soft grey and white tabby that was brought to our shelter by someone who was no longer able to care for her. She is around 7 months old. Martha is healthy, affectionate and very sweet. She gets along well with the other cats but she also loves human interaction and is quick to approach even people she doesn't know for some attention. She doesn't mind being picked up but prefers to crawl onto your lap and settle in for as much petting as you're willing to give her.

Martha would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a gentle, friendly young cat. We'd like Martha to go to a home where she'll be an indoor-only cat since that's the only environment she knows. Since Martha is so young, we believe she'll adapt easily to a home with other cats and a friendly dog.

Martha has been vaccinated and spayed. She is ready to go to her forever home.

If you're interested in adopting this friendly young cat, please contact our cat adoption coordinator, Linda, at 819-868-2684 or email her at peacocklinda@rocketmail.com.

Would you like to help us care for Martha instead? If so, click the "Become a Sponsor" button to the right of her photos. That will take you to a page where you can donate any amount you like to help with Martha's care. 100% of the amount you donate will go to the shelter and we will be notified that you would like your donation to be used for Martha.

***************
