Marmalade, Very Pretty Kitty

Meet our very pretty and petite, dilute calico girl named Marmalade! Marmalade came to our shelter after her owner was hospitalized and they were no longer able to care for her. Marmalade is about 1 year old and she is a very friendly girl! She likes to be pet and get attention. Marmalade is great with using her litter box and she is a clean girl. She can get playful and she is fine being picked up. Marmalade is ready and waiting for her forever family! She has shown to be uncomfortable around other cats in our cat room. We think she may be happiest in a home where she can be the only cat. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.<br/>Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.<br/><br/>An approved application does not guarantee an adoption.
