Luckily, they were brought to their foster home where they have been cared for and allowed to grow up safe, healthy, and into two wonderfully entertaining young ladies with very distinct ideas about how life should be lived.<br/><br/>These sisters are a perfect blend of personalities that complement each other beautifully — and watching them together is pure entertainment from start to finish.<br/><br/>Maple is the more reserved of the two — a quiet, thoughtful girl with a little more white on her face that makes her easy to tell apart from her sister. She is the kind of cat who knows exactly what she likes: a human who is settling in for a good long sit, a cozy spot nearby, and the kind of calm, unhurried companionship that is honestly one of the best things about cats. She is curious and funny in her own quiet way, and the more time you spend with her the more you appreciate exactly who she is.<br/><br/>Mazie, on the other hand, has absolutely no interest in being quiet about anything. This girl is outgoing, enthusiastic, and approaches life at full speed. She follows her humans around, boldly introduces herself to new animals, and plays with an intensity that is genuinely impressive for a cat of her size. Zoomies, rope climbing, and surprise toe attacks are among her many specialties, and she deploys all of them with tremendous dedication. There is never, ever a dull moment when Mazie is in the room.<br/><br/>Together, Maple and Mazie are the perfect pair — one to keep you on your toes and one to keep you company while you recover. They play hard, they make each other laugh, and they are curious and funny in all the best ways.<br/><br/>Maple and Mazie would do fine with a cat-friendly pup and would also do well with children who know how to be gentle with animals.<br/><br/>Quiet companionship and wild adventures, all under one roof — Maple and Mazie are ready to bring both to your forever home.<br/><br/>The adoption fee is $250 (total).<br/><br/>Maple and Mazie were born around 7/6/26. They are spayed and vaccinated. They are litter box trained.<br/><br/>We recommend adopting two kittens if you have no other pets (or even if you do), because you will get twice the love with less work and they will develop fewer behavioral issues, while costs remain relatively similar.<br/><br/>We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.<br/><br/>When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?<br/><br/>All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them.
