My name is Mamas, and if you're looking for a non-stereotypical kitty companion, we just might be a perfect match.<br/><br/>I came into rescue in 2017 with my kittens after spending time surviving outdoors. One by one, every one of my babies found their forever homes. Now it's finally my turn.<br/><br/>Over the years, I've learned that life indoors is pretty wonderful. I love playing with toys, cuddling with my humans, and soaking up all the love I missed out on before.<br/><br/>I'm happiest in a quieter home where life is predictable. Older, respectful children are okay, but I wouldn't enjoy a busy household with lots of activity. Dogs and young children are not for me.<br/><br/>One thing you'll need to know about me is that I need regular weekly brushing to keep my coat looking its best. Please don't shave me. If my environment becomes too stressful or chaotic, I cope by over-grooming the fur on my back legs and underside. A calm home helps me feel safe, relaxed, and confident.<br/><br/>I've spent years waiting for someone to choose me.
