Major Kira is a beautiful little girl with a sad beginning. She came to us at only five weeks old in January after being picked up by animal control. She was outside for several days in below freezing weather and had frostbite on her paw pads, ears and nose, and scabs on her little feet. No mother or siblings were found. It took months for her to heal and fur has finally grown back on her ears and nose. Amazingly, she is a very playful, curious kitten who loves to play with other cats and hang out on the window seat snoozing in the sunshine. She loves toys, food and treats. She will do best in a home with another cat and would love to go home with her friend/adoptive mom Cinda, who is also available for adoption. There’s a discount for adopting two cats together!

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in homes so we know their personalities. They are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, up to date on shots, microchipped, de-wormed, and on flea preventative. Our goal is to match our fosters with the best home possible.

The adoption fees for our felines are as follows: $150 for kittens (or 2 for $250); $100 for adult cats (or 2 for $170); and $75 each for our special seniors/FIV+ kitties. Please email cofaspets@gmail.com for more information.
