Luna

Meet Luna!

Just like her daughter Mary Beth, Luna found herself in rescue after their previous owner faced an unexpected move into pet-restricted housing. While it was a tough transition to leave the only home she knew, this brave lady hasn't let it get her down. She knows her worth, understands she is a superstar, and is entirely focused on finding her ultimate forever family.

While the transition has been a bit overwhelming for her quiet daughter, Luna is showing everyone just how resilient she is! She is currently staying in a very active, bustling foster home. While she has explicitly stated that the constant chaos is "a bit much" for her taste, she is adjusting beautifully anyway. She doesn't let the busy environment stop her from strutting her stuff, greeting her foster family, and making herself right at home.

At approximately 3 year old as of November 2026, Luna is naturally outgoing and loves human connection. She is the kind of cat who wants to be where the action is (even if she prefers the action to be a little more dialed down!). She is friendly, handles changes like a queen, and is absolutely ready to transfer all her love, attention, and loyalty to a permanent adopter.

Because she is a bit more adaptable than Mary Beth, Luna could fit into a variety of households. However, she would truly blossom in a home that leans a bit more toward the peaceful side so she can finally kick back and relax without the foster home hustle. She would love a family who will give her plenty of head scratches, a sunny window to look out of, and a throne (or couch) of her very own.

--
Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter and microchipping for all animals. Our adoption fee is $300 per cat.

All have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. All cats are tested for FeLV/FIV at six months of age. If you are interested in meeting this cat, please fill out an application on our website!

https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application
