Louise, named after her state of birth, Louisanna is an affectionate cat who loves belly rubs and being with someone all the time. The moment she arrived in her foster home she set out to make herself right at home. She wants to be wherever you are and loves pets, laps, and being held. In fact, she’s a hugger and will burrow her head under your chin. She follows her foster mom around and lays curled next to her while she works. When her foster is sitting on the couch Louise wants to be either in her lap or cuddled up against her.

Louise has been pretty respectful of the skittish resident cat in the home and we think she could do well with other cats. She likes to play with string, a cat dancer, and in her cat tunnel. She has great litter box habits. Louise is a quick learner and has been respectful of not entering the bedroom the resident cat in the home uses as her safe space. She will happily tuck herself into her bed at night.

Louise would love a home with children (or without), but definitely an environment where someone is around often to hang out with. She would do well with cats and maybe dogs.
