Leona from Whitehall's Story

Meet Leona from Whitehall!

Leona was trapped in a neighborhood riddled with so many stray cats, most living in undesirable conditions. These poor cats are always looking for food and a safe place. Leona is a darling cat that was being fed along with a few others by a good Samaritan after her neighbor moved out and left several indoor and outdoor cats behind.

Leona was the 5th cat we trapped in that neighborhood. She turned out to be ridiculously friendly and sweet, and we just did not have the heart to put her back outside. She was fortunate to have survived this past winter and that was made possible by the sturdy wood shelters filled with straw, that we set up in the good sam's patio. We were lucky to have trapped Leona when we did, because she was pregnant and we were able to spay her in time.

Leona is about 2 years old, petite, and has beautiful eyes. She is friendly with people, and very good with other cats. She loves to take naps on high shelves and hang out with her friends. Her transition to the office with the other cats was one of the easiest we've had, she's that easy and just so pleasant to have in our office.

Some lucky family out there will be getting a gem!

If interested, please email Mirna at Mirnabowman.cdc@gmail.com
614-471-9000
Must be 24 or older.
Adoptions to Central Ohio homes only.
All dogs and cats in the home must be spayed/neutered.
Adoption Fee $100.00
